Step 2: DO NOW. Take out a piece of paper and respond to the following questions in full sentences:
What did you do to study for the FSA 3? Be specific.
What topics did you focus on most?
How much time did you put into studying?
Did you seek out Teammates/Ms. Kelly for help? When? And what did you discuss?
Knowing what Ms. Kelly's FSA's are structured like (including requiring tracking your answers/the level of difficulty of the questions) How do you feel about taking the FSA 3?
Step 2: Show what you know!
Directions for taking the FSA 3: Track each question before choosing an answer. Break the questions down by defining key terms and listing the possible answers before looking at your choices. Next to each answer, explain why the correct answer is right and why the incorrect answers are wrong. Then, bubble in your choice.
Do not select answers without first tracking your test. If you are tracking after, you are just justifying your choices rather than using your tracks to select the appropriate choice.
Statistics show that tracking before you select will dramatically increase the probability of your selecting the correct answer!
