Step 4: Silent Trade Activity. With your partner, use these sources to see what you can learn about silent trade. Make sure you put comments (secret keyboard shortcut: CTRL+ALT+M) and answer the question at the bottom using full and detailed sentences.
Step 5: Primary Source Treasure Hunt. The BBC has an amazing website with artifacts from Africa from different time periods. Each of these artifacts is a primary source! We can learn about the people and life in Africa and the different countries therein by looking at what is used. Browse the objects, then pick your favorite and describe it to the class in this discussion. Remember, your characters are limited, so choose your words wisely!
