Review for District 7 Final

Objective: The HHG Tributes of 2018 will be able to rock the District 7 final!

Do now: Review of the Fall of the Inca
Be aware: D7 Final is in two days! Questions cover the Maya, Inca, Aztec. This week's geography re-quiz is in two days! You will fill in a blank map with all countries of Africa. Friday you will take both!!

How to Review?

1) Make a new folder called District 7- Mesoamerica and move all of your District 7 items inside it.

2) Read through all of your notes and readings (focus on your summaries!) one time through -- yes, everything!

3) As you read, add important people, places and ideas (If I gave you a list of something like advantages, or farming techniques, or reasons for the fall, these are important!) to your District 7 flashcards on Quizlet.

Hint:
*If you have seen the name of the person in more than one place (for example, a reading and class notes), they are important.
*If you see wordsmore than a few times and you don't know the meaning, add it.

Homework.

1.Using Quizlet District 7, WRITE the terms you selected twice ON PAPER using this format. You need to have the FULL definitions or descriptions written each time. Sometimes your brain works best by writing! Then, read these aloud to someone and have them quiz you.
2. Bring a note from a parent that they or another adult quizzed you on these terms.
3. If you didn't already, vote for the Facebook Tribute spotlight of the week (read directions and rules-- link is at the bottom)!

• Open the links your teammate's comics or videos and leave a few comments for them under the comment. Remember: 2 positive and 1 critical feedback-- all said with love.
• Open google moderate to vote for the the Tribute you feel should be featured on this week's Facebook Tribute Spotlight tomorrow!

Rules for voting:
1. Don't pick your friends just because they are your friends.
2. Choose the comics or videos you believe is the best possible example to show to the people who are following our class on Facebook! The better it is, the bigger our impact on digital literacy in America!
3. Before you enter the person's name in google moderator, see if they have already been entered and upvote them.
4. If no one has entered their name, then you may enter it.
