Step 2: Open your copy of Islam Empire of Faith notes (If you were not here yesterday, make a copy of Islam Empire of Faith Notes).
Step 3: Explain 3 interesting facts you have learned from the documentary on Islam or from the timeline of Muhammad's life. Be specific and detailed!

Step 4: Take notes as you watch the documentary below.

1. Label this map with modern day countries of the Middle East using the map at the bottom of this lesson.

Make sure your map includes the following countries:

• Iran
• Israel
• Egypt
• Turkey

Make sure to label the area on the map below with the "A" pin as Mecca.
